What We Are Looking For: Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills Must have excellent organizational and telephone skills Demonstrates the ability to communicate and work effectively with others Demonstrates ability to work with minimal supervision Attend appropriate education seminars (in-house and outside facility) on a regular basis Knowledge of Microsoft basic word, excel and internet skills Capable of reading, interpreting and writing English Positive attitude towards the elderly Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.)
