GIBBON North America holds the exclusive license to sell GIBBON products in 10 major markets, including the US, the UK, Canada, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand and Korea. GIBBON North America has been growing exponentially since launching the SlackBoard, the most dynamic and versatile balance training tool available today.
SlackBoard sales in 2025 more than doubled to $37 million, up from $14 million in 2024. We have sold more than 300,000 SlackBoards since 2023. Inc. Magazine recognized us as one of the fastest growing private companies in America in 2024 and our growth only accelerated last year, so we will likely get that recognition again for 2025.
One of the critical areas of growth we are focusing on is selling to clinical physical rehabilitation facilities such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, chiropractic, and behavioral health clinics. We are looking for a sales manager to own this part of our commercial business.
What You’ll Do
Commercial Segment Growth
Grow sales pipelines in the clinical side of our business Prospect, outbound, and convert leads Attend industry trade shows and other live events Build long-term customer relationships
Market Expansion and Strategy
Help us scale into new clinical accounts Partner with leadership to identify new opportunities Build relationships with decision makers: owners, purchasing directors, department heads, clinic directors, lead clinicians, and managers Assist in building educational tools that will help our clinical customers be successful with our products

Collect testimonials, success stories, and feedback to support future growth
Who You Are
A high energy, self-motivated sales professional with 5+ years of sales experience selling to the commercial PT/OT/DC markets Comfortable with outbound outreach, presentations, travel, networking, and closing deals Passionate about physical rehabilitation and exercise Entrepreneurial - you love fast moving environments and building things from the ground up Excellent communicator with a knack for simplifying and explaining product value You are well organized and maintain a detailed, up to date record of progress at all times Data driven - you are good with numbers and are well versed programs like Excel You are comfortable with using CRM tools to streamline business processes
