We’re looking for an experienced Provider Enrollment / Credentialing Specialist to join a growing healthcare services company.
This is a fully remote, US-based role. Northeast experience is strongly preferred.
What we need right now Hands-on provider enrollment and credentialing (commercial + Medicaid) Strong follow-up skills with payors and health plans Comfort managing multiple providers, groups, and multi-state enrollments Experience with CAQH, payor portals, and enrollment workflows Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
What this role can become Immediate ownership of complex, high-priority enrollments Input into improving processes, documentation, and workflows Opportunity to help build and lead a credentialing team over time
Ideal background 5+ years of provider enrollment / credentialing experience Northeast payor experience strongly preferred Prior mentoring, training, or team leadership experience is a plus Fully remote. US only. Competitive compensation based on experience.
