Summary: The Director of Content Strategy is responsible for shaping and executing the company's overarching content vision, ensuring all content initiatives are strategically aligned with business objectives, brand identity, and long-term growth. This role establishes a unified editorial voice, defines messaging frameworks, and oversees content architecture across digital and traditional platforms. By leading high-impact storytelling efforts—including thought leadership, case studies, and category-defining narratives—the Director strengthens brand authority, drives audience engagement, and fuels demand generation. The position relies on data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous optimization to maximize content ROI and impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports business and brand objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent brand narrative and messaging architecture.
  • Design and manage content architecture across all platforms and channels.
  • Lead the development of thought leadership and category storytelling campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of case studies and portfolio-driven brand stories.
  • Develop and manage content calendars and publishing schedules.
  • Set editorial standards for tone, voice, and storytelling quality.
  • Ensure alignment between content initiatives and demand generation, marketing, and growth strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance using key metrics and insights.
  • Partner closely with Creative Services to produce compelling, on-brand content experiences.
