Job Description

  • Assist in managing daily onsite construction activities
  • Maintain project schedule and control costs
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues with minimal oversight
  • Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and regulations
  • Coordinate subcontractors and internal team members
  • Organize and maintain project documentation (subcontracts, permits, drawings)
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and inspection authorities
  • Uphold company standards for quality and safety across all operations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in onsite construction management
  • Ground-up project experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with large-scale projects; multifamily experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with construction technology and software (Procore, Navisworks, Bluebeam)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite full-time and manage a fast-paced schedule
