You will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory for damages and discrepancies.
- Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system (WMS).
- Organize and maintain the warehouse, ensuring a clean and safe working area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet shipping deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any shipping or receiving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and WMS experience is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following all guidelines.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must wear appropriate PPE at all times.
