Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:
Become a Fulfillment Associate at our Salt Lake City, Utah facility! We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency are critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the integrity of our logistics operations. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
• Inspect items for damage before packing.
• Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipping.
• Stage completed orders for carrier pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing and shipping areas.
• Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
• Wear all required PPE correctly at all times.
• Participate in tasks involving Lifting and moving of products.
• Support the overall effectiveness of our Logistics network.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret order details and product labels.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
• Ability to perform manual Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be committed to following Safety guidelines and wearing required PPE.
