Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders for picking.
- Locate and retrieve specified items from warehouse shelves using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks, if trained and required.
- Contribute to maintaining an organized and clean warehouse space.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to management.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role.
- Capability to perform tasks involving regular lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Commitment to safety practices, including the use of appropriate PPE.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
