Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for NetApp ONTAP and core storage technologies.
- Lead and execute break/fix and maintenance tasks for NetApp hardware (FAS and AFF platforms).
- Provide technical consultation and recommendations for special storage-related projects.
- Support troubleshooting, performance optimization, and capacity planning within the storage environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
To Be Successful, You’ll Need Experience
- Extensive hands-on experience with NetApp ONTAP administration and configuration.
- Proven expertise in NetApp Core Technologies, including FAS and AFF platforms.
- Strong hardware troubleshooting and break/fix experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills in complex storage environments.
- Strong understanding of data protection, replication, and automation frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a hybrid support model.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Kubernetes integration and containerized storage solutions.
- Familiarity with ASA Fibre Channel and SAN/NAS storage architectures.
- NetApp-related certifications (NCDA, NCIE, etc).
