We’re looking for a hands‑on sales leader who can build meaningful relationships with developers, startups, and enterprise customers alike. You understand the importance of developer sales and their role in scaling up to an enterprise sale. Every customer is important, big and small. In this role, you’ll connect the dots between cutting‑edge compute, AI technology and real‑world customer needs — helping clients unlock value while driving Tenstorrent’s growth. You’ll partner closely with DevRel, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to surface insights and coordinate an excellent experience end‑to‑end.
This role is remote, with a preference for San Francisco, Austin, or New York.

What We Need
Understand customer challenges and position the value of Tenstorrent’s compute and AI solutions
Act as a trusted advisor, offering technical insights and tailored recommendations
Build and grow relationships with customers of all sizes while identifying new opportunities
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop strategies and meet revenue goals
Be comfortable with spreadsheets and entering SFDC data, as well as engaging in customer meetings

How to throw out the old playbook and drive strategic growth in the rapidly evolving compute and AI ecosystem
Deeper technical expertise in both hardware and software aspects of AI architecture
Insights into developer‑first sales approaches that shape product adoption
Best practices for scaling customer success across a global, innovation‑driven company
Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100 k – $500 k, including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
