Overview of Position:
The Heiser Automotive Group has an immediate opening for an experienced Parts Counterperson. We are seekingprofessional individuals who demonstrate strong customer service skills, are detail oriented and who are self-starters
and team players capable of working in a fast-paced environment. The Parts Counterperson is responsible for customer
service and retail sales in our parts department.

Responsibilities
- Selling parts and managing parts inventory/stock
- Locating and sourcing correct parts
- Ordering parts as needed
- Interaction with Technicians
- Deliver price quotes over the phone and offer status updates on shipments of parts
- Other miscellaneous duties as they arise
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Minimum 1+ year(s) relevant experience
- Previous parts/service preferred
- Previous automotive knowledge preferred
- Extensive automotive parts knowledge a plus
- Ability to lift items/supplies up to 50lbs.
- Valid and clean WI Driver's License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to function as part of a team and work independently
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced work environment
