We seek a compassionate Licensed Beautician/Hair Stylist to provide high-quality hair care and services to the residents of our community. This individual will play a vital role in enhancing residents' self-esteem, dignity, and overall well-being through personal care services in a warm and respectful environment. Key responsibilities include: Providing hair care services including haircuts, shampoos, styling, coloring, perms, and other grooming treatments as requested. Creating a welcoming, relaxing salon experience tailored to the needs and preferences of older adults. Maintaining the salon's cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in compliance with state cosmetology board requirements and infection control protocols. Building positive relationships with residents, family members, and team members. Maintaining appointment schedules and managing salon supplies and inventory. Communicating any resident concerns or changes in condition to appropriate staff. Ensuring compliance with all community policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Candidate qualifications: Education and certificates: High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be a licensed beautician per state requirements. Experience, competencies, and skills: At least 6 months of experience as a hair stylist is preferred. Able to work independently and follow scheduled plans.
