Project Execution & Field Management
Lead and supervise all civil and mechanical construction activities, including site grading, roads, trenching, foundations, racking, and module installation.
Ensure work is performed in alignment with engineering drawings, project specifications, and QA/QC requirements.
Coordinate daily work plans, manpower allocation, and equipment utilization.
Monitor progress and help drive productivity to maintain schedule milestones.
Oversee subcontractor performance and enforce contractual obligations.
Safety & Compliance
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site-specific safety plans and OSHA regulations.
Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety audits, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Verify proper use of PPE, safe work methods, and hazard mitigation practices.
Quality Assurance
Inspect civil and mechanical work for compliance with project standards and design.
Identify non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and document quality records.
Collaborate with the QA/QC team to ensure inspections and tests are performed timely.
