Director of Preconstruction

Base pay range: $145,000 – $225,000 per year.
We are looking for someone who is ready for a new challenge. This role offers an opportunity to help pursue new work and estimate projects across a variety of market segments, including high-rise office & hospitality, multifamily, retail and more.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and oversight of estimating & preconstruction.
Work with clients in pursuit of new projects and conceptually prepare rough budgets for repeat clients.
Help develop estimating and project management staff in areas of project cost, supplier negotiation, subcontractor relations, design assist and design build, and contract and risk management.
Compensation:
Salary range: $145,000 – $225,000 per year.
Exceptional compensation and bonus package.
