What You’ll Do

Develop, build, maintain, and consistently grow the business while cultivating multi‑level, trust‑based relationships with manufacturers.

Proactively engage with key purchasing and engineering decision makers, nurturing influential relationships.

Conduct comprehensive presentations to educate all key personnel within customer organizations.

Serve as a liaison, facilitating communication between customers and local branches to ensure seamless updates on pricing, new products, and successes.

Monitor account performance through detailed sales reporting, collecting and analyzing sales data to ensure exceptional service and maintenance by local branch field sales teams.

Promote

TFC products, promotions, and services

to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Identify and strategically target potential new customers by leveraging trade associations, attending trade shows, networking, and other valuable lead sources.

What You’ll Bring

A

Ability to manage a geographic territory effectively and independently.

Prior

sales experience , especially in construction or industrial markets, is a strong plus.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
