Business/Research Analyst (Capital Markets)

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis in the capital markets sector to support strategic decision-making. Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and challenges within capital markets. Collaborate with internal teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Prepare reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes impacting capital markets. Engage with clients and external stakeholders to understand their needs and provide research support. Utilize data analytics tools to create models and forecasts for capital market trends. 1-3+ years of experience as a Business/Research Analyst in capital markets. Strong understanding of capital markets products, structures, and regulatory environments. Proficient in data analysis Excellent research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into concise reports. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement. Experience using data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R) for financial analysis and reporting. Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
