ABOUT PARKER HEATING AIR PLUMBING ELECTRIC We are a customer‑focused heating, air‑conditioning, and plumbing company for which excellence has been our hallmark since 2002. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A SALES / COMFORT ADVISOR As a Sales / Comfort Advisor, you play an essential role in helping our company gain business through generating, developing, and following up on leads. Each day, you personally connect with clients and offer them the best possible solutions for their home comfort needs. After warmly greeting each client and answering any questions or listening to any concerns they may have, you thoroughly inspect the equipment. Then, you can recommend the appropriate products and explain their associated benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately. When you make a sale, you communicate the details to the installers.

To stay at the top of your game, you participate in all required staff meetings and trainings. You enjoy meeting new people, working at new locations, and that no two days are the same. At the end of the day, you feel good about meeting and exceeding customers' needs and expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SALES / COMFORT ADVISOR

Minimum 2 years Residential Replacement HVAC Sales Experience

Great at following up with customers

Working knowledge of Service Titan is a plus

Familiar with the use of smartphones, iPads, email, and Outlook

Strong memory

Customer service skills
