Glossy Finish is hiring: Creative Director in Jacksonville Beach

Glossy Finish, a fast-growing youth sports photography and technology company, is seeking a hands-on Creative Director to lead and elevate our brand across print, digital, social, and experiential channels. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role for a creative thinker who loves sports and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide comprehensive creative direction for all brand touchpoints, including graphics, marketing materials, social media content, product design, and event aesthetics.

• Concept and design compelling visual assets for major campaigns, competitive tournaments, product launches, and strategic partner initiatives.

• Oversee all facets of print production, including layout preparation, ensuring color accuracy, proofing, and meticulous vendor coordination.

• Collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to develop a cohesive brand identity and narrative strategy.

• Manage and mentor junior design staff, external contractors, and vendors as necessary.

• Ensure rigorous brand consistency and establish scalable creative operational systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of five (5) years of direct experience in design and creative direction.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Video editing and motion graphics skills are a valuable asset).

• Strong sports sensibility—you love sports culture, youth sports, and know how to design for it.

• Substantial experience in print production and the technical knowledge required for preparing files for professional printing.

• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity and optimize workflow efficiencies is advantageous.

• A self-starter who brings fresh ideas, solves problems, and executes quickly.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work.

• The position requires full-time, in-person commitment at our Jacksonville Beach, FL office. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.
