This position is based at our Tampa headquarters and works closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact creative solutions that support strategic business initiatives.
Role Overview
The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for owning and elevating Benchmark International’s visual identity, delivering polished, on‑brand creative across print and digital platforms. This role goes beyond execution — the ideal candidate brings creative leadership, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to translate business objectives into compelling design solutions. The Senior Graphic Designer will manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, and help maintain design standards across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the concept, design, and execution of high-quality marketing assets across print and digital channels, including digital advertising, social media graphics, brochures, flyers, presentations, and corporate marketing materials
Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all marketing deliverables by upholding and evolving Benchmark International’s brand guidelines
Translate written and verbal creative direction into sophisticated visual solutions that engage target audiences and support business goals
Partner with the Marketing Director and internal teams to provide creative input, refine concepts, and deliver strategic design solutions
Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing deadlines and business needs while maintaining exceptional quality standards
Prepare, organize, and maintain production-ready files for all creative assets and marketing resources
Edit and retouch original and stock photography, including corporate headshots, ensuring professional and consistent presentation
Apply strong design judgment to typography, layout, color, and composition to produce clean, modern, and effective designs
Continuously assess and improve workflows, file management, and design processes in a fast‑paced environment
Stay current on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the team
Support additional creative initiatives and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
Specific qualifications for our Senior Graphic Designer position include:
5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
A strong, well‑rounded digital portfolio demonstrating advanced design skills across print and digital media (include Website, Blog, or Portfolio link when applying)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Working knowledge of additional Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as After Effects, Premiere, and Dreamweaver is a plus
Strong understanding of typography, layout, design composition, and visual storytelling
Experience preparing files for print and digital production, including image optimization and file correction
Familiarity with web design fundamentals, UI principles, and digital marketing best practices
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage files, assets, and workflows efficiently
Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and solutions‑focused with a high level of creative ownership
Ability to work in the Tampa office Monday‑Friday; this role is not remote or hybrid
Additional Qualifications
Familiarity with UI design principles and web design tools
Experience with motion graphics and/or video editing software
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Dreamweaver
Awareness of current design trends and technologies
Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Graphic Design, Marketing or related discipline
This position offers a competitive annual salary range of $60,000–$90,000, commensurate with experience, skill level, and demonstrated design expertise.
