In this role, youll be the lead manager on select accounts (day-to-day account management and strategy), in addition to overseeing strategy on other paid media accounts (high-level strategic direction, but still client facing). With numerous perks, including hybrid in-office/remote work or fully remote work options designed to fit your needs, unlimited PTO, and free attendance to local marketing events, join this fun-loving team that occasionally talks Slack Smack./ph3Paid Media Strategist Responsibilities/h3ulliLead and grow the paid media departments ability to develop holistic multi channel media strategies across paid search, display, paid social, and other paid media channels/liliStay up to date on the latest paid media trends and capabilities, identifying which clients they apply to as well as laying out the steps for implementation not only for their own clients, but for all Paid Media clients/liliDevelop client-facing template documents for both educational and strategy purposes/liliAssist in the development of high-level paid media strategy for new business pitches/liliTrain, manage and mentor junior-level paid media associates and interns. Includes reviewing deliverables and providing direction for secondary specialist on multi-lead accounts/liliDevelop and maintain internal paid media resources to improve efficiency and streamline knowledge transfer and communication, such as partner databases and capabilities docs/liliCreate and maintain relationships with media vendors and partners/liliBrainstorm initial strategies for new client on-boarding as well as assisting in Quarterly Business Reviews for marquee clients/liliDevelop and implement cross channel paid media strategies for clients/liliParticipate heavily in monthly industry update meetings, providing actionable recommendations for implementing new opportunities across clients/liliConduct extensive audience, keyword, placement, and platform research to help inform Paid Media strategies for Nebo clients/liliCollaborates with the intel, paid media, social, SEO and UXO teams to define direction and strategy/liliCollaborates with designers and copywriters to develop consistent ad, messaging, and/or landing page experiences/liliComplete annual goals/liliTrain and continue to gain knowledge in all areas of practice and Nebos processes/li/ulh3Paid Media Strategist Required Skills/h3ulli1+ years experience in paid media, having developed strategy and executed campaigns across all digital paid media channels, including search, display, social, video, shopping, and native advertising/liliGoogle Ads Certified (including Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Measurement)/liliGoogle Analytics Certified/liliMicrosoft Advertising certified/liliExcellent research and analytical skills/liliStrong written and verbal communication skills/liliExperience in Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager/liliAbility to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure/liliFacebook Blueprint certified/liliClient facing and public speaking experience/liliProven ability to translate high-level client goals into paid media strategy/liliExperience supporting Analysts with identifying tracking needs or issues along with troubleshooting of pixels/li/ulpstrongNebos Commitment to Diversity Inclusion/strong/ppAs a human-centered agency, we believe in uplifting our community and advancing society through inclusive business practices.
