Visiting providers offices, doing hands on training and remote on corporate processes. NY based position./ppKey Responsibilities Attributes:/pulliEducate providers on effective procedures and utilization of provider services available./liliRecruit provider prospects for Provider Relations./liliCoordinate providing education on a multitude of vision care plans./liliWork with frame vendor, frame sales and implement quality./liliMaintain and improve provider relations./liliManage Customer Service escalations and provide resolutions./liliEducate providers on effective procedures and utilization of provider services available./liliResponsible for assisting in the development of training plans and materials for in-store training./liliOrganizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliMinimum 3 years experience as a corporate trainer or a Bachelors Degree./liliProven ability to organize, motivate and supervise the work of others (team work)/liliExcellent Communication/liliResolution Oriented Effective Team Player/liliTraining Development ability/liliComputer literate with in-depth knowledge of MS office and web-based systems/liliStrong Organizational/Multi-tasking skills/liliMust have a car/li/ul/div
