For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $84,000 - $126,000 per year, which includes base pay and short‑term incentive. The compensation range applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in the following:

Partner with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions.

Ensure every system we deliver meets real business needs and creates measurable value.

Design and build on our SAP platform to power Schneider Electric’s future‑ready finance ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Lead stakeholder workshops to understand, document, and validate current end‑to‑end process flows.

Identify opportunities to implement best‑in‑class policies and processes.

Work with Product Owner and other scrum teams to define/validate system features, stories, and testing acceptance criteria for solutions.

Maintain an end‑to‑end vision, ensuring cohesive integration of process, data, technology, and cross‑functional dependencies.

Lead development and deployment of solutions for our Credit and Collections team in addition to other Accounts Receivable topics.

Verify and validate User Story requirements and solutions before and during demos through participation in Daily Standups.

Participate in feature integration testing to confirm solution meets objectives.

Create training guides and test cases for User Acceptance Testing and Day‑in‑the‑Life testing for multiple user groups.

Identify business transformations required to support new processes and create change‑management training and documentation to ensure successful implementation.

Act as first responder during releases on finance topics ensuring required enhancements are implemented to meet business needs.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands‑on experience in Finance or Accounting.

3+ years of working with SAP (or similar ERP experience).

Background with credit & collections.

Understanding of finance processes and metrics.

Experience in finance transformation preferred.

Excellent at solving problems and working through complex analytics and IT systems.

Proven ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.

Excellent collaboration skills across technical (data, IT) and business teams.

Exhibits a high level of accountability, independence, and leadership in driving initiatives forward.

Demonstrates sound judgment in escalating decisions and effectively communicating risks and urgency.

Brings a sense of urgency and results‑oriented mindset to meet transformation milestones.

Is curious, proactive, collaborative, and persistent.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent.

Travel less than 25% for work planning, testing, and go‑lives.
