The ideal candidate thrives in a steady-paced environment, possesses strong mathematical literacy, and maintains high organizational standards throughout their shift.
Key Responsibilities Precision Coil Winding:
Operate winding machinery or perform manual winding of coils according to specific engineering blueprints and technical data.
Quality Assurance Testing:
Conduct standardized testing of finished coils at room temperature to ensure electrical readings meet strict accuracy tolerances.
Data Entry:
Utilize computer systems to log test results, track production numbers, and document any deviations from standard specifications.
Measurement & Calibration:
Use precision measuring tools, specifically tape measures with fractional increments, to ensure all components meet dimensional requirements.
Workspace Management:
Maintain a highly organized workstation to ensure safety, efficiency, and part traceability.
Qualifications & Requirements Mathematical Literacy:
Ability to quickly and accurately read and calculate tape measure fractions (e.g., 1/16", 1/8", 1/4").
Technical Proficiency:
Basic computer skills are required for data entry and navigating internal production software.
Stamina & Consistency:
Demonstrated ability to maintain a steady, productive work pace consistently across a full 8-hour shift.
Detail Orientation:
Exceptional focus on accuracy, particularly when recording readings and handling delicate materials.
Organizational Skills:
A disciplined approach to managing tools, materials, and documentation.
Physical Requirements & Environment Ability to perform repetitive tasks with manual dexterity.
Comfortable working in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment (room temperature testing focus).
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods while maintaining focus.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday (6:00AM - 2:30PM)
Pay Rate:
$17.00 - $18.00 Per Hour based on experience
