Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Owings Mills, MD, for a Title Company Operations professional. In this role, you will manage title and escrow workflows, personnel, oversee property transactions, and uphold excellent professional customer service practices. You will work closely with clients, agents, lenders, and attorneys to ensure timely and accurate settlements.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Real Estate and Real Property concepts
Experience in Real Estate Development and related processes
Exceptional Customer Service skills for working effectively with clients and stakeholders
Background or skills in Sales within the real estate industry
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Proficiency in title software and familiarity with settlement procedures
Relevant experience or certifications in real estate or title services are a plus
