Performance pay scale based on experience and licensing – our plumbers earn $80,000–$175,000 annually!
Work Schedule This is a full‑time position (Monday‑Friday) that includes participation in a regular on‑call rotation. We also have flexible 4‑day or 5‑day work‑week options to fit your lifestyle, including:
Sunday – Thursday
Thursday – Sunday (4‑day work week)
Sunday – Wednesday (4‑day work week)
Job Responsibilities
Cultivate strong customer relationships by understanding customer needs and expectations during in‑home plumbing service calls
Diagnose, analyze, and resolve plumbing issues in both residential and commercial environments
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and boilers
Pinpoint the root cause of plumbing malfunctions and execute necessary repairs as specified in work orders
Ensure all work adheres strictly to safety and quality regulations
Comply with established service standards, work instructions, and customer requirementsMaintain a clean and organized work site, along with a well‑inventoried service vehicle
Ensure the accurate and timely submission of invoices, timecards, customer feedback, and service option forms
Actively engage in all company training sessions, continued education programs, meetings, and events
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of plumbing experience, including expertise in drain cleaning, water heater installation, toilet repair/replacement, and other general plumbing services
A Colorado plumbing license is highly preferred, along with strong knowledge of local plumbing codes
Boiler experience (service, maintenance, and installation) is preferred
Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex drain and plumbing issues efficiently
Proficiency in advanced plumbing techniques, including video inspection, line locating, and hydro‑jetting
Self‑motivated professional with a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of integrality and continuous self‑improvement
Ability to pass comprehensive drug and background screens prior to employment
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record are required
