Qualifications
Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, and client communication skills
Proficiency in real estate market research and trends analysis

Previous experience in real estate, sales, or consulting is highly advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Familiarity with the local real estate market is a significant plus
