As a
Mortgage Loan Officer , you’ll be the driving force behind helping clients achieve homeownership dreams while building your own successful business. You’ll: Originate and manage residential mortgage loans from application to closing Develop relationships with Realtors, builders, and referral partners Deliver exceptional client experiences through consistent communication and follow‑up Stay current on loan programs, products, and industry regulations Work closely with in‑house processing, underwriting, and marketing teams to ensure smooth closings Utilize Northpoint’s marketing library, CRM tools, and social media assets to generate consistent leads What Sets Us Apart
