Why You’ll Love Working For Woodhaven Part Time Benefits HealthCues
- A Section 125 plan is a plan under IRS regulations that allows employees to set aside a portion of their paycheck through automatic deduction each pay period for spending on certain health related benefits. Money put into a Section 125 plan is “pre‑tax”, meaning these funds are not included when we calculate how much in taxes to withhold from your paycheck, lowering the total amount of taxes you pay. You will notice the amount you paid as a premium is more than the amount returned to you by HealthCues, but your paycheck is still more than what it used to be. The reason for this is because the amount of tax savings you receive is greater than the cost of the HealthCues benefit, causing your take‑home pay to increase.

In‑the‑moment support. Reach a licensed clinician by phone 24/7/365 when you call for assistance to help resolve work‑related pressures, depression, stress, anxiety, grief, relationship problems, substance use or other emotional health concerns.
Short‑term counseling. Receive a referral for in‑person or virtual (video) counseling sessions with a counselor who is available at a time and place that is most convenient for you.
