Position Summary We are seeking a
Sales Representative
to drive business development and client acquisition in Florida. This role is commission‑based and suited for professionals with established networks in electronics manufacturing or related sectors. The successful candidate will represent our company, promote our PCB solutions, and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand PCB market presence in Florida
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities
Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and negotiation
Qualifications
Proven track record in sales, preferably within electronics, semiconductors, or PCB industries
Strong business development skills and existing industry contacts in Florida
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently
Compensation
Commission‑based structure with
uncapped earning potential
Flexible working arrangement
