Important: This role is fully commission-based!
Responsibilities
Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in touring properties
Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help clarify or adjust clients’ home search preferences
Draft and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation efforts
Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team guidelines
Actively participate in team meetings and events as required
Commit to weekly one‑on‑one coaching, ongoing training sessions, and Partner Calls
Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology systems
