The Senior Pricing Analyst (On-site position in Nampa, Idaho) will lead pricing and inventory strategy. The position is highly analytical and independently develops pricing framework, performs in-depth cost and market analysis, and influences cross‑departmental decision‑making. While not a people‑management role, it carries elevated responsibility, visibility, and strategic influence, ensuring pricing aligns with market conditions, competition, inventory objectives, and overall company goals. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Lead pricing analysis for multiple trailer product lines Interpret steel, component, and supply‑chain trends to anticipate cost shifts Build advanced pricing models and margin dashboards Partner with leadership to refine pricing strategy and discount structures Provide guidance to sales teams on quotes, bids, and profitability impacts Identify gaps in SKU performance and recommend corrective actions Develop and maintain pricing models to optimize revenue and profitability Conduct comprehensive analysis of pricing structures, competitive pricing, and performance benchmarks Perform other duties as assigned Skills Required
Strong understanding of manufacturing cost drivers Excellent data interpretation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across departments Ability to conduct and accurately report market research Attention to detail Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership of strategic initiatives Perform cost analysis, margin analysis, and create pricing frameworks Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools Supervisory Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or similar 3+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or cost modeling Strong understanding of manufacturing cost drivers Excellent data interpretation and communication skills Experience with ERP or pricing tools preferred SQL/Database experience Language Skills
English - Fluent Ability to communicate complex pricing and financial concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders Additional languages considered an asset Mathematical Skills
Advanced quantitative analysis skills, including statistical analysis, financial modeling, and margin optimization Strong ability to interpret large data sets and translate quantitative findings into actionable pricing recommendations Proficient in applying mathematical concepts to demand modeling, elasticity analysis, and cost‑volume‑profit analysis Computer Skills
Advanced Excel skills for pricing, margin, and scenario modeling Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and validation Experience with business intelligence tools and dashboard development Familiarity with ERP and pricing systems to support data integrity and reporting Reasoning Ability
Ability to analyze complex pricing, cost, and market data; identify key drivers; and develop sound, data‑driven recommendations Strong logical reasoning skills to evaluate trade‑offs, test assumptions, and assess financial and operational impacts of pricing decisions Physical Demands
Primarily sedentary work requiring prolonged periods of sitting Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse Ability to communicate effectively in person and remotely Occasional standing, walking, and lifting of light materials (up to 10 lbs) Work Environment
