The Google Ads Suspension Specialist plays a key role in helping businesses recover from one of the most critical issues they can face: Google Ads account suspensions. In this role, you'll audit client accounts and websites, identify compliance issues, and craft detailed appeals to Google to reinstate suspended accounts. You'll be the main point of contact for clients during a stressful time, providing clear communication, empathy, and expert problem-solving.

While prior experience fixing Google Ads suspensions is a strong advantage, the client provides comprehensive training to ensure your success. You'll work closely with senior specialists before managing your own portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Audit Google Ads accounts and client websites to identify policy violations or compliance issues.
  • Prepare and submit detailed, accurate appeals to Google for account reinstatement.
  • Communicate empathetically and professionally with business owners and marketing managers.
  • Manage multiple client cases simultaneously, prioritizing based on urgency and impact.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to continuously improve strategies and processes.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all client interactions and appeal progress.
  • Stay current with Google Ads policies, trends, and best practices.
