Salary Range : $15.00 - $18.00 Base+Commission/month

In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and technicians—helping ensure every visit is smooth, transparent, and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and listen to their service needs
Write and manage repair orders from drop-off through delivery
Communicate with technicians to gather repair recommendations
Explain repairs, costs, and warranty details clearly and professionally
Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process
Review completed repairs, process payments, and ensure customer satisfaction
Help achieve department sales goals and high customer service scores
Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of service advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
