that is seeking an
Associate Attorney
to join its dynamic team.
This role will concentrate on a variety of
complex commercial real estate legal transactions
(acquisitions and dispositions, development, financing and/or leasing) involving a spectrum of real estate assets located in New York City and/or nationwide. This is a

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have
2 to 6 years
of
commercial real estate or corporate transactions legal experience, strong analytical and drafting skills, intellectual curiosity, and excellent academic credentials . Must be admitted to practice in New York.
