Automotive Service Advisor
Base pay range
$50,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
We are seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our exciting and motivated team at Lou Sobh Automotive. As a Service Advisor, you’ll be at the forefront of the automotive industry, promoting the most innovative parts and accessories available on the market today, and working with the latest in diagnostic technology in a state‑of‑the‑art environment.

Responsibilities
Great Customer Service
Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane; ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression.
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, phone or in person.
Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards.
Oversee administration of warranty claims.
Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain good working relationships with factory and foster positive employee relations.
Collaborate with upper management to make service department hiring and discipline decisions.
