What's the Job? As an eCommerce Syndication Specialist, you will support cross‑functional brand, creative, and eCommerce partners as part of the Digital Content & Ecommerce Operations team. Your responsibilities include:
Managing product content uploads across platforms for all Essential Home brands (images, A+/B+ content, titles, descriptions).
Overseeing day‑to‑day syndication operations using Salsify, Syndigo, and similar tools.
Optimizing ratings and reviews syndication through platforms like Bazaarvoice.
Ensuring digital shelf accuracy and compliance by resolving syndication issues, validating content quality, and maintaining retailer‑specific requirements.
Maintaining reporting and analytics on syndication health, content status, and review performance to support digital shelf KPIs.
What's Needed?
2–4 years of eCommerce content or syndication experience, ideally within CPG, consumer electronics, or retail.
Hands‑on expertise with Salsify, Syndigo, or similar syndication platforms.
Familiarity with ratings & reviews tools such as Bazaarvoice and retailer‑native integrations.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to troubleshoot syndication issues.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
