Job Description:
A local family is seeking a warm, trustworthy, and experienced caregiver to care for their baby. This role requires full-time care during daytime hours, with the opportunity to begin part-time in February so the caregiver can get acquainted with the baby while the mother is still home.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, loving care to an infant throughout the day
Handle feeding, diapering, naptime routines, and general infant care
Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
Support the baby’s early development with age-appropriate interaction
Communicate daily updates to the parent
Arrive reliably and on time each day
Specific Qualifications and Requirements:
Prior experience caring for infants required
Warm, patient, and highly responsible
A community member familiar with family-style care preferred
Trustworthy and comfortable committing to long-term careAbility to begin with a few trial hours per week in February
