Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Overland Park, KS, for a Business Account Expert. The Business Account Expert will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to business accounts, resolving inquiries and concerns efficiently, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and supporting account growth initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing business client accounts, troubleshooting customer issues, upselling and cross-selling products, and ensuring a seamless client experience at every step of the customer journey. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills to effectively liaise with business clients Proficiency in account management, relationship building, and customer retention strategies Experience in sales, upselling, cross-selling, and meeting performance metrics Problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills Familiarity with CRM tools, client support systems, and reporting tools Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and adapt to evolving needs High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in business, sales, or related fields are a plus Previous experience in customer service or business account management is preferred Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at T-Mobile by 2x.
