Salary:
$85,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the day-to-day administrator for ADP Workforce Now
Process and audit employee lifecycle transactions (new hires, changes, terminations)
Maintain HR data integrity through routine audits and reporting
Create and maintain recurring and ad-hoc HR reports (headcount, turnover, compensation)
Develop dashboards to support leadership decision-making and workforce planning
Qualifications
2+ years of HRIS or HR Operations experience
Hands‑on experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred
Strong Excel skills and experience with HR reporting and analytics
