The Opportunity
With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government and military every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As an All‑Source Analyst, you use your specialized regional, functional, and military experience and attention to detail to develop products and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As an all‑source intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help your client by providing intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. Using your comprehensive understanding of all‑source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you’ll gather, organize, and review finished intelligence products for technical compliance and prepare deliverables for dissemination. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive reviews, often under pressure. You Have
Experience writing and reviewing products for all‑source analytic tradecraft standards, including ICD 203 and 206.
Experience coordinating intelligence production with PIRs, campaign plans, OPLANs, and CONPLANs.
Experience briefing senior military and government officials.
Experience synthesizing information from multi‑INT reporting and tools to perform time‑critical research and finished intelligence production.
Knowledge of finished intelligence drafting, production, and dissemination processes.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in all‑source intelligence analysis, or 6+ years of experience in all‑source intelligence analysis in lieu of a degree.

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with leadership.

Compensation The projected salary range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
