About the Role We are seeking a

Growth Manager – Sales

to help scale a B2B SaaS platform serving residential and commercial service businesses. This is a

hands-on, revenue-focused role

for a sales leader who thrives on execution, strategy, and measurable growth.

This position offers a

clear, performance-based path to senior sales leadership , including Director and VP-level responsibilities, based on results.

Key Responsibilities

Own the primary objective of driving revenue growth to the next stage

Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales growth strategies

Identify new revenue opportunities across residential and commercial segments

Improve core SaaS metrics including MRR, ARR, conversion rates, deal size, and sales velocity

Hands-On Sales Leadership

Act as a hands-on sales growth leader, actively participating in closing key deals

Coach and support sales reps to improve pipeline health and close rates

Build and refine sales playbooks, scripts, and growth experiments

Work closely with leadership to turn strategy into consistent execution

Competitive & Market Analysis

Conduct ongoing competitive and market analysis

Monitor trends in home services, commercial services, and SaaS platforms

Deliver actionable insights on pricing, positioning, and differentiation

Provide customer-driven feedback to influence product and pricing strategy

Brand Exposure & Growth Awareness

Maintain strong awareness of social media and digital channels that impact brand visibility and demand

Collaborate with Marketing on brand positioning and sales-driven campaigns

Identify growth opportunities through partnerships, referrals, and digital presence

Understand how reviews, social proof, and online reputation influence buying decisions

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and growth KPIs

Use CRM and analytics tools to identify trends and improvement areas

Continuously test and refine sales strategies based on performance data

Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and revenue forecasting

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams

Share sales insights to inform product improvements and roadmap priorities

Support onboarding and enablement to ensure customers achieve value quickly
