Work Schedule Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Job Summary Cable Dahmer Automotive Group is continuing to grow and we’re looking for motivated, customer‑focused individuals to join our team! We are currently seeking a Service Advisor who will act as the primary liaison between customers and the service department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, listening to their concerns and gathering vehicle information.
Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repairs, clearly explaining benefits, timelines, and estimated costs.
Create and manage repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate with technicians to provide updates on vehicle status and service completion.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding service progress and any additional repairs needed.
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction with completed services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealership and manufacturer service programs, warranties, and promotions.
Process customer payments and ensure accurate invoicing for services rendered.
Assist with scheduling service appointments and maintaining an organized workflow within the department.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service or automotive‑related role preferred.
Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency with computer systems and dealership management software.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
