KJUS | eCommerce Merchandiser Analyst Full-time - Boulder, CO
Exempt, Salaried; $62,833 - $78,413
Develop merchandising strategies that increase conversions and engagements. Achieve sales targets, drive a best-in-class experience on KJUS.com, proactively lead efforts for creative solutions and enhancements to user experience. Grow our e-commerce business in North America and Europe while elevating the customer journey. This position will report directly to the eCommerce Manager.
Responsibilities: Website Management and Content Creation (80%)
Manage merchandising plans and activities to maximize DTC sales, sell-thru, margin, and inventory turnover by utilizing analytics and collaborating with colleagues across functions
Develop and execute merchandising strategies to optimize product placement, presentation, and promotion on the e-commerce platform
Handle website product content, manage the launch of KJUS products globally, and streamline accurate product catalog input while optimizing content quality to attract new customers and convert them into purchases
Drive a best-in-class experience on KJUS.com, proactively leading efforts for creative solutions and enhancements to user experience and customer journey
Identify and implement improvements to website design, layout, and product descriptions to enhance the customer experience, with a high focus on improving conversion rates and average customer spend
Monitor inventory levels, optimize product placement based on stock levels, and collaborate with E-Commerce Manager on product lifecycle management
Assist in determining appropriate strategies to reduce returns and increase sales
Data and Reporting (20%)
Analyze online sales data, customer behavior, and website performance to identify areas for improvement
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify trends, and implement strategies to improve product visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance
Assist in reporting and ad-hoc deep-dive analysis of user experience on KJUS.com
Continuously audit the websites to ensure product and content integrity
Work closely with partners in marketing, supply chain, and operations to support and optimize product lifecycle management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or similar field. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, high school diploma or equivalent and four years of experience in eCommerce required
Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing with content creation, preferably with focus on catalog management and site merchandising
Strong understanding of digital landscape (online merchandising, digital marketing, web development) and of the metrics that drive value in an eCommerce business (traffic, inventory, etc)
Numeric and analytic aptitude, with proficiency in Excel
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar eCommerce platform
Extended periods of time sitting and/or standing, occasional lifting
Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)
A passion for outdoor sports industry
