Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay! Our Route Sales Representatives are responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising FritoLay's complete line of products including Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more to local stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you drive a FritoLay truck, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.
Responsibilities
Learn the basics of the role in 4‑6 weeks of dedicated driving and selling training.
Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers.
Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
Attain a route with set days off/schedule.
Work in a fun, fast-paced, and physical environment.
Qualifications
Be 21 years of age or older.
Have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and the ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
