Regional Distribution Sales Manager
to lead sales in the Northeast Region (PA, NJ, NY, RI, CT, MA, NH, VT, ME). You will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen our distribution channel engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Own point of sale (POS) growth, bookings, and funnel development for the region's distributor network.
Monitor distributor performance, forecasts, and inventory levels to ensure channel alignment and maximize sell-through.
Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with each distributor.
Partner with distributor colleagues to identify new design opportunities.
Identify and prioritize under-penetrated accounts, new programs, and growth verticals.
Utilize industry data and competitive intelligence to position the portfolio against competition.
Contribute to product positioning, channel programs, and promotional strategies based on field insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of sales experience in the interconnect, IP&E, or electronics distribution industry.
Strong understanding of the distribution ecosystem (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Willingness to travel 40‑60% within assigned territory.
Must reside in the Northeast Region.
