Key Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Offer companionship and emotional support

Light housekeeping and meal preparation

Maintain a safe and comfortable environment

Follow customized care plans

Qualifications

Active

NYS HHA Certification

Authorized to work in the United States

At least

1 year of experience

as an HHA

Dependable, compassionate, and professional

Current physical exam (within 1 year)

Valid PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

Proof of MMR immunization (within 10 years)

Driver’s license preferred
