J. Boren & Sons is a family‑owned trucking company based in Columbus, OH. We are seeking owner operators who own their own truck, have a valid CDL A, and have at least 2 years of experience.
Pay & Compensation
Solo Owner Operators: $3,450 per week + FSC, average 2,500 miles/week
Team Owner Operators: $7,975 per week + FSC, average 5,500 miles/week
Empty mile allowance for solo & team owners: $0.80 CPM + FSC
Reimbursement for orientation: $300
Bonus: $1 per mile up to 500 miles to bring truck to class (no trailer needed)

Job Requirements
At least 23 years old with a valid CDL A
Minimum 2 years of trucking experience
Own a truck
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
No more than 3 non‑DOT preventable accidents
No more than 3 minor moving violations in last 36 months
No failed drug or alcohol tests
