Account Executive, Managed Services

We're looking for a driven Account Executive to join our MSP sales team and become a trusted advisor for our clients. The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth and managing relationships with clients from a multitude of verticals in the small and mid-market account sectors. In this role, you'll help organizations navigate their IT challenges with confidence by promoting solutions that truly make a difference.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for managed IT services within target markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and partnership
Develop customized proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase the company's value proposition
Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective managed services solutions
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in alignment with company standards and profitability goals
Track sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM systems and regularly report progress to management
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Develop a territory plan in collaboration with the VP of Sales for Managed Services
All other duties, as assigned

Education and Experience
