Elements Massage in Boise and Meridian is looking for engaging and outgoing personalities for our Wellness Membership Advisor (WMA) position.
Our WMAs lead the sales and customer service experience for members and new clients, creating an exceptional experience every time they enter the studio.
Responsibilities
Follow our proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Massage Wellness Program, a no‑hassle month‑to‑month membership plan.
Serve as the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio.
Ensure client appointment paperwork and payment processes are brief, painless, and accurate.
Work as a team with Managers and Massage Therapists to create a positive environment where clients receive the experience they deserve.
Qualifications
At least one year of sales and customer service experience in a retail environment.
A team‑oriented thinker with the ability to learn new computer software.
Excellent listening skills and a passion for building customer loyalty.
Ability to turn client criticism into opportunities for excellent service.
