ENS Security, a CCTV wholesaler, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative, with a focus on bringing in new customer accounts.
The Inside Sales Rep should embrace a sense of urgency and be able to overcome objections while achieving sales targets through solution based account management by upselling, cross‑selling and retaining existing customers. The role offers an hourly base salary and uncapped commissions (very lucrative). We are seeking a candidate who has a book of business and has performed in business to business sales in the security industry.
The role is Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑5:30 pm, onsite (not remote), in our Sugar Land, Texas branch.
Seeking bilingual English and Spanish speaking skill sets (a trainee can be considered).
Essential Functions and Duties
Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with existing customers. Regularly engage with the clients to understand their business needs, challenges and requirements.
Meet or exceed sales revenue generation targets through product offers to clients and negotiating prices.
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage and update client information, track interactions and generate sales forecasts.
Qualifications
1 to 2 years of experience in Sales, preferred in Account Management.
CCTV experience is preferred.
Prior experience with Salesforce and Acumatica is a plus.
